Separation of Clinical Content and Advertising

Ailva's clinical intelligence system and advertising display system are fully independent and architecturally separate. Advertisers cannot and will never be able to influence the content of clinical evidence syntheses, citation selection, or recommendations provided to healthcare professionals.

Advertising Identification

All advertisements on Ailva are clearly labeled "Sponsored" and visually distinguished from clinical content through distinct borders, backgrounds, and typography. Advertisements shall not be considered an endorsement of the product(s) and/or service(s) advertised by Ailva or Scrivly, Inc.

Ad Targeting

Ailva uses contextual targeting based on the therapeutic area of the current clinical query. We do not use behavioral tracking or cross-session profiling for ad targeting by default. Individual physician query text and patient context are never shared with advertising partners.

De-identified, aggregate data (such as specialty distribution and therapeutic area query volumes) may be shared with advertising partners for targeting purposes.

Pharmaceutical Advertising Compliance

Pharmaceutical advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with all applicable FDA regulations, including fair balance requirements and Important Safety Information (ISI) disclosure. Ailva does not review, approve, or endorse pharmaceutical advertising content.

Ad-Content Collision Prevention

Ailva implements automated safeguards to prevent serving an advertisement for a specific drug or product when the clinical response discusses that same drug or product. This prevents any appearance of advertiser influence on clinical answers.

Your Privacy Choices

You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your account settings or by using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the application footer. When opted out, only contextual advertising (based on the current query topic) will be displayed. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.
